Eating a variety of seeds is a great way to give ourselves, and our babies, the nutritional bounty that Mother Nature designed to nurture growth. Nutrient Boosting Seed Mix


1 cup of Pumpkin Seeds/Pepitas
1 cup of Sunflower Seeds
1/2 cup of Flaxseeds
1/2 cup of Sesame Seeds
1/2 cup of Chia seeds


Lightly toast your seeds in a pan. Don’t let them burn. Allow the seeds to cool. Store in an airtight container.

Sprinkle seeds on porridge, salads, eggs or cereal, or just enjoy the seeds alone for a healthy snack!
